Hi Paul,

I want to sincerely say thank you for your mentorship through the wrapping my first
property. Whilst I was enthusiastic and really driven to achieve this goal, it can also
be daunting wrapping a property for the first time. You were always approachable,
you gave me the time I needed to talk through things, you followed me up to see
where things were at and you gave me extra tips on how to ask certain questions in
the most effective way when qualifying applicants. Most importantly I was able to
bounce off you the profiles of any genuinely interested purchases to see whether you thought they were suitable applicants. I got a lot of confidence from knowing you
where there for me to do this.

Since my first wrap, doing a couple of courses and time spend talking to you, I have moved on to do a second mortgage carry back on another property. I have freely provided consultancy with others interested in using the same strategies in selling their property through 2006. Most excitingly, I have now commenced my own company named Private Sales Made Easy which is trading as Buying Your Home. Networking
and mentoring is so valuable. It can increase your confidence and help you not to feel isolated, especially when starting off. It was great how we just naturally met in Qld at
the Boot Camp and I have loved our on going friendship since. Thank you so much
