Opportunity Housing Pty Ltd buys pre-owned residential at wholesale prices which we then make available with vendor financing to people who cannot get a bank loan right now. We receive our financing from either commercial lenders or private lenders, such as yourself.

How you will benefit if you were to act as our private lender?

  • You can earn up to 15% interest on your invested funds paid to you monthly into an account of your choice.
  • Your money is secured and covered by caveat.
  • All loan agreements are handled by a solicitor of your choice.
  • The loan is for an initial 3-5 years with an option to renew.
  • There are no hidden extra costs, loadings or commissions that you have to pay.

What is Opportunity Housings' responsibility?

  • We never borrow more than 80% of the sales price.
  • We determine and prescreen all potential buyers to ensure they are a good credit risk.
  • We are responsible for all costs associated with the property from land tax, rates, council rates, insurance and maintenance on the house.
  • We only allocate one investor per property.
